BU Mustard Seed

The parable of the mustard seed is a story about a tiny dose of faith accomplishing much. Following this formula, Mustard Seed seeks to move heaven in two ways: to move the heart of God and to bring heaven to those who are empty. We exist to glorify God and to spread His love and message of salvation through song to the BU campus and beyond. Though the medium is music, the method is faith. God does all the work and we just get to believe and sing about it!

Boston University Acapella Showcase Fundraiser

BUASF, hosted by Boston University’s Allegrettos, allowed us to worship the Lord in a BU a capella showcase alongside BU’s other fantastic a capella groups.

Break it Down Pittsburgh 2026

BiDP 2026, hosted by Carnegie Mellon University’s Joyful Noise, allowed us the precious opportunity to worship and fellowship with other a cappella groups from the East Coast. We would like to thank all of our family, friends, and alumni, whose generous donations allowed BiDP to be possible for us! We are so grateful to have experienced this worshipful and joyful weekend!

Spring Concert 2026

This year’s spring concert, “Promises,” centered on God’s unfailing faithfulness. It was also a celebration of Mustard Seed’s 30th anniversary, a testament to God’s continued faithfulness. Therefore, we trust in his divine providence, knowing that Our Father watches over us and walks alongside us in all that we do. We were also blessed to have MIT Cross Products feature two of their own songs during this concert. This was also the final concert for 4 of our lovely seniors––Caitlyn, Rachel, Luna, Emily! We will miss you!
