The parable of the mustard seed is a story about a tiny dose of faith accomplishing much. Following this formula, Mustard Seed seeks to move heaven in two ways: to move the heart of God and to bring heaven to those who are empty. We exist to glorify God and to spread His love and message of salvation through song to the BU campus and beyond. Though the medium is music, the method is faith. God does all the work and we just get to believe and sing about it!

Spring Concert 2024
This year’s spring concert, “Neverland” was about the idea of never wanting to grow up. Growing up is so scary and sometimes it's easy just to want to escape to Neverland and stay a child forever. Nonetheless, there is hope for wonderful things to come and beautiful souls to help us grow in love together and in Christ! The concert showcased the music that we have been working on during the second half of this year. We also sent off 4 of our lovely seniors. June, Helen, David, Josh — we love you!
Break it Down New York 2024
BIDNY 2024 brought together 10+ Christian a cappella groups from all over the country for a weekend of busking, bonding, and performing for our greater NYC community. We had the opportunity to travel down to Columbia University (hosted by Jubilation!) and meet with many different groups. It was a blessed time to see incredible performances and fellowship with one another!
Fall Concert 2024
This year’s fall concert, held in December, centered around our theme of “Awaken.” Based on the verse Ephesians 5:13-15, this theme encourages us to live our lives illuminated by God’s light, serving others in a manner pleasing to our Father. Though we were “once darkness,” through God’s perfect love and mercy, we become “children of light.” With this theme in mind, the concert showcased the music that we have been working on during the first half of this year.
